How our telephone answering service works

Our telephone answering service is tailored to each client’s specific requirements, and we spend time getting to know your business, so you can rest assured that your company will be fully represented. What’s more, it is completely flexible – we can be on call for your company whilst you are away on holiday, on business, or even at a friend’s wedding.

Each call is answered by one of our highly trained professional team members, who answer enquiries to the best of their knowledge, or take a detailed message (that’s recorded directly into our system) if it is something that requires further input. We will call customers back once we have accurate answers to their enquiries. Furthermore, we can also arrange appointments and call backs on your behalf.

Cost-effective service

Our business answering service represents real value for money, and enables you to get on with your work uninterrupted. Our charges include a daily fee of £4, with an additional £1.95 for each call answered. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm, with an answerphone call answering service functioning during out of office hours.
